As a seasoned Business Executive, I bring a wealth of experience in market development and strategic partnerships across diverse industries. With a career spanning over two decades, I've held leadership roles at global SaaS leaders and tech giants, such as Wix.com, Google, Shopify, and GoDaddy, delivering transformative results and driving significant growth.

In 2023 I decided to take a career break to focus on personal projects that I had for a long time kept aside. Before this, I held regional leadership positions at Wix.com and Google, leading high-performing teams and executing strategic plans that led to substantial subscriber base growth and increased ARR.

At Loja Integrada, as the Chief Product Officer, I directed product strategy, launched strategic products leading to the company's goals, and scaled a team to support hyper-growth. As Country Manager for Shopify in Brazil, I managed country operations, built partner ecosystems, and achieved triple-digit customer base growth YoY and triple-digit Revenue growth in 2019.

Before Shopify, I served as Director of Product and Business Development at GoDaddy, where I managed a significant budget, achieved high web sales targets, and led business development initiatives that resulted in triple-digit customer base growth and double-digit revenue growth from 2014 – 2016.

I'm a multilingual professional fluent in Portuguese, English, work-functional Spanish, and an alumnus of the executive education programs at Kellogg, Harvard, and INSEAD. My mission is to help companies navigate the complex landscape of digital disruption and evolve their business strategies to thrive in an increasingly connected world.

Professional Experience

2023 - Sabbatical

Career break to pursue personal projects.

Raised funds to launch a startup;

Took an advisory role at a fast-growing startup;

Did consulting work for some companies;

Intensified my studies to achieve the Private Pilot license.

2021 - 2022

During this time I've held senior management roles at Loja Integrada and Wix.

At Loja Integrada I served as Chief Product Officer with the mission of building a first-class product team. Overseeing Product Managers and Engineers.

Joined Wix to lead the GTM of its Enterprise product in Latin America. Leading a team of product managers, marketers, and sales.

2020 - 2021

Google recruited me to lead the pivot of its Channel Sales business in Latin America to a Channel Partnerships model.

With a team distributed in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico I've led the transformation of the business launching the integration of Google Shopping with key e-commerce players in the region.

2018 - 2020

Joined Shopify to lead its Go-to-Market in Brazil. Being the first person on the ground my mission was to identify the potential growth paths for the company, map its product-market-fit for Brazil, and work with the HQ teams to prioritize the development of key features to make Shopify better for Brazilian merchants.

2014 - 2018

Led GoDaddy Go-to-Market in Brazil and further expansion into Latin America. Built the company from the ground up as the first local employee. 

Had the opportunity to be part of the core international team during the most exciting phase at the company.

Turned an unknown brand into a market leader in Brazil.

2004 - 2014

Held several Marketing, Channel, and Sales positions across different industries. Those experiences served as the foundation for the next decade of my career.

Created the marketing department at KingHost, built channel sales for BlackBerry in Brazil, served as a product specialist at Dell, and held several sales positions at TIM.
